Château De Fonscolombe Cuvée Spéciale Rosé 2010, A.C., Côteaux D'aix-En-Provence, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Provence is famous for its rosés, and Château de Fonloscombe is one of the region’s most respected producers. Aromas suggest plum, strawberry, peach and candied fruit. A dry, medium-bodied wine that’s fresh on the palate, with good length. My note: Lovely! Redolent of fresh field strawberries and a summer sunshine. Light and flavourful with just the right touch of acidity. Perfect as an aperitif or food companion to many dishes.
