Domaine Roux Père & Fils Pinot Noir 2009, A.C., Côte De Beaune-Villages, Burgundy, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Delectable notes of strawberry, red cherry, spice, bay leaf, earth and lightly perfumed violet tones. The palate is dry, medium bodied and smoothly textured, with beautifully harmonized tannins and a crisp acidity. There is great length and fruit concentration to the finish. My note: Seductive nose of cherries and earth. Tart berries on the palate, with searing acidity that is nonetheless enjoyable with food. Drink: 2011-2014. 208520 13% D 750 mL $17.95 Score: 88/100.
