Natalie's Review

Kaiken Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, Mendoza, Argentina: Vintages Wine Panel: Montes’ Kaiken takes its name from the wild geese that criss-cross the Andes – a particularly appropriate name considering that Kaiken is the product of both Chilean and Argentine talents. Lovely notes of blackberry, spice box, and cocoa on the nose. The well-structured palate is dry and medium-full bodied with great fruit concentration, spice and chocolate tones. Enjoy this tonight or cellar for 3-4 years. My note: A toasty, black-fruited wonderful with smooth, full-bodied layers of pleasure. Blackberries with a nice smoky finish. Divine for movie night.
