Domaine Saint-Saturnin De Vergy Bourgogne Hautes Chardonnay 2009, A.C., Côtes De Nuits Blanc, Burgundy, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Straw-coloured and offering layered citrus notes supported by apple, pear, vanilla, hazelnut and dried flowers. Pleasingly dry, crisp and medium bodied, the palate is juicy and fruity, with a crisp acidity and hefty notes of apple and hazelnut working alongside beautifully balanced oak nuances. Try this tonight. My note: Good acidity with lovely green apple and white peach fruit. Not a lot of oak, no buttery notes. Medium-bodied and very companionable to many dishes. Drink: 2011-2015. 128686 13% XD 750 mL $18.95 Score: 88/100. April 2, 2011 Full Review
