Natalie's Review

Collin-Bourisset Gamay 2007, A.C., MOULIN-À-VENT, Beaujolais, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Winner of a Gold Medal at the Concours des Grands Vins de France 2008. A very generous Gamay with aromas of black cherry and plum. Dry and elegant, with a fine core of tannin that one expects to find in better cru Beaujolais such as this. The fruit comes on nicely on the finish. My note: Bright, vibrant cherries and strawberries. Lovely, mouth-watering acidity and clean, fresh finish. Medium-bodied and delightful. 129791 12.60% D 750 mL  $18.95 Score: 89/100. October 10, 2009  Full Review
