Nino Franco Prosecco, D.O.C., Veneto, Italy: Vintages Wine Panel: In the early 1930s, Harry’s Bar opened in Venice. It became a legend when they developed the classic sparkling wine cocktail, Bellini. Mix ¼ cup (50 mL) chilled peach purée with 2/3 cup (150 mL) well-chilled Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. Put purée in chilled glass, top up with Prosecco, stir and serve immediately. My note: A lovely bubbly at a terrific price.
