Current owner/winemaker Philippe Ehrhart learned at the feet of his father François, who, too, was weaned on winemaking traditions. This powerful and seductive wine is loaded with aromas of lychee, meadow flowers and a variety of spices. A great match for spicy cuisine. This organic wine contains 17 mg/L of free sulfur.
