Robertson Winery Prospect Hill Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon 2006, W.O., Robertson, South Africa: Vintages Wine Panel: This Cabernet Sauvignon was a Silver Medal winner at the important South African wine competition, Veritas, in 2007. Prospect Hill is a small vineyard located on Zandvliet Mountain at the 172 meter mark. The southeast-facing slope and well-drained red Karoo/limestone soils are ideal for perfectly ripening Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is filled with cassis, dark chocolate and espresso aromas and flavors. Try this balanced, fruity wine.
