Wine from Bulgaria? Who woulda thunk it?? We tried it as it was under $10 for one of our reviews and the fact it said it paired with burgers!

It had a dark ruby color black cherry, liquorice (which Delores LOVES)and a touch of spice on the nose. We found it had a medium body and although we found it quite dry it was well balanced with a bit of tannin. The taste was ripe fruit and vanilla flavours and for the record it paired great with my burger! It would also do well (and did!) with some old cheese on the side.
