I’m always cautious when it comes to 2002 Bordeaux – you don’t know what to expect from this “ok” vintage so when I tried this 2002 Langoa Barton, I was so pleasantly surprised. Although medium-full body, don’t look for power. Very fine. Accurate. Clean. Pure. A very good representation of Saint-Julien. Hints of black currant, earthy, bell pepper. Sweet long finish. Can be rewarded with additional 3-6 years. I really liked this Langoa Barton.
