If you visit the county you HAVE to stop at Norm Hardie to try his Pinot Noir! This is the "county wine' and Norm could be described as a signatory to that decree!

This has to be one of my favorite Pinto Noirs in the county and one of the best wines he has put his name to. The fruit profile is darker than most Pinot Noirs and the clay/limestone soils adds an unmistakable influence upon the juice. The nose has dark fruit aromatics and the taste is both satisfying and thorough, with magnificent structure and finish.

And if you stop by his winery in the summer, be sure and pair this with the most incredible pizza you will ever eat!
