Natalie's Review

Trivento Eolo Malbec 2006, Mendoza, Argentina: Rich and complex with a river of satiny flavor rippling across your palate. This blend of 98% Malbec and 2% Syrah has inviting aromas of black fruit, mocha and smoke. This wine is named for Eolo, the Greek god of the winds. It was aged for 16 months in new French oak. Decants for 1-2 hours, but better yet, give it a few more years. Drink: 2009-2016. 252874 13% XD 3000 mL  $99.00 Score: 93/100. June 12, 2009  Full Review
