Drink Wine and Giggle Gals rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

"I drink lustily giving myself permission to love shiraz again. Saturated fruit flavours flood my mouth and pool around taste buds before slipping down to deeper pleasure centres..."
After reading Natalie's Fifty Shades of Shiraz experience of dark plum lashings and fleshy berries in her intoxicatingly entertaining book Unquenchable, the Drink Wine and Giggle Gals knew they had to run out and get a bottle of something Australian. We chose Wolf Blass Red Label that Mr Blass calls "the leg opener".
Our legs didn't open, but our minds certainly did as we imagined our mouths awash in a lush scrum of athletic smoothness that could only come from down under.
Amrita Roy reviewed this wine as follows:

This is excellent value wine! Incredibly smooth, medium bodied, medium supporting tannins. Would be great to drink with a meal or when company comes over, really universal.

Wolf Blass Red Label Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, South Estern Australia, Australia: Vintages Wine Panel: Deep ruby purple color; dry and full-bodied with medium tannins, ripe blackberry and oaky vanilla aromas and flavors; long finish. My note: Vanilla-cherry and cool mint on the nose, followed by lovely ripe blackberries and plums on the palate, rich, smooth and inviting.  311795  14%  D  750 mL  $14.95  Score: 90/100.
