Alsace Willm Reserve Riesling 2007, A.C., Alsace, France: Vintages Wine Panel: This is a classic dry Alsatian Riesling that offers fresh fruit aromas of lime juice with peach and mineral notes. It’s medium-bodied with a racy and crisp/fruity palate and a very long finish. My note: A bone-dry, austere riesling that's high on the refreshment scale with notes of white grapefruit and lime. Zesty, come-alive white that will partner with many dishes. Like a dip in the cool ocean on a summer day. This wine is part of the Vintages Essentials Collection. 11452 12% D 750 mL $16.95 Score: 87/100. April 21, 2009 Full Review
