Natalie's Review

Bremerton Bremerton Matilda Plains Cabernet Shiraz 2007, Langhorne Creek, South Australia, Australia: Vintages Wine Panel: Bremerton carefully regulates its water use and constantly monitors their impact on the environment. Aromas of blackberry, smoke, plum/prune, tar and chocolate dates are primary in this super-rich, round, almost-voluptuous wine. Just off-dry, smooth, full and intense. My note: A big hug of a wine with black pepper, fig, plum, blackberry, kirsch and dried tobacco leaves. Full-bodied with viscous texture that offers luxurious layers. A good thrust of flavor and depth. 25015 14.50% D 750 mL  $14.95 Score: 88/100. April 11, 2009  Full Review
