Natalie's Review

Sticks Sauvignon Blanc 2008, Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia: Vintages Wine Panel: This just-released wine is already a multi-award winner, including a Silver Medal at the 2008 Yarra Valley Wine Show. The winery recommends serving this gooseberry- and asparagus-scented wine with Salt and Pepper Squid with Chilli Jam. The recipe can be found on their website, under the Food link. My note: A youthful charmer with fresh scents of green apple, peas, and lemongrass. One to splash open for a picnic. 109363 11.50% D 750 mL  $17.95 Score: 89/100. March 28, 2009  Full Review
