Natalie's Review

Creekside Estate Winery Cabernet 2007, V.Q.A. Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada: The wine was aged in 50% new American oak barrels and 50% seasoned French barrels. After the final blend was created, the wine was bottled under Stelvin closure. Great price for the classically built Cabernet. Alluring notes of black raspberry, black currant, mocha and cigar box. Full-bodied but supple with a lovely finish. Closed with a screwcap. Available at the winery. 13%  750 mL  $13.95 Score: 88/100. March 24, 2009  Full Review
