Natalie's Review

Yalumba The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2004, Barossa, South Australia, Australia: Bordeaux balance and structure with New World concentration of fruit flavor and energy. Mint and blackberry on the nose with classic cassis, blackberry and plum on the palate. Full-bodied and luscious. This wine is a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon and 46% Shiraz that was matured for 22 months in French, Hungarian and American oak, half of which was new. 528356 14.50% XD 750 mL  $49.95 Score: 94/100.
