Natalie's Review

Maipe Proviva Malbec 2007, Mendoza, Argentina: According to legend, Maipe was the ancient Andean Indian god of the winds. These vineyards are 3,000 feet above sea level. Simple purple plum goodness: juicy and delicious but not complex so forget analysis (unless you want to share it with your shrink who probably prefers Bordeaux anyway). Full-bodied, soft tannins. 93823 14% XD 750 mL  $14.95 Score: 87/100. February 28, 2009  Full Review
