Natalie's Review

Ridge Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2005, California, United States: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (58%) and Merlot (42%) that delivers aromas of blackberry, steeped tea, tobacco, savory bacon fat, cigar box, violets, mocha and toasted oak. A richly hedonistic red with mouth-coating layers of flavor and a solid frame from polished tannins. This inky dark wine was aged for 21 months in oak.
