Natalie's Review

Graham Beck The Ridge Syrah 2003, W.O. Robertson, South Africa: A hulking, brooding wine with aromas of dark fruit, spices, white pepper and cedar smoke. The vines for this wine were grown in limestone soil and the grapes were hand-harvested. The wine spent 16 months in French and American oak before bottling. Drink: 2008-2015. 607812 14.60% D 750 mL  $25.95 Score: 91/100. February 14, 2009  Full Review
