Natalie's Review

Lurton Chardonnay 2008, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina: Vintages Wine Panel: Like winemaking brothers Jacques and Fran├žois Lurton, the Chardonnay grape has crossed the globe from France and now makes remarkable wines in Argentina. Grown in the sunny high altitude vineyards of the Uco Valley, this complex Chardonnay is packed with peach and tropical fruit flavors, accented by smoky oak. My note: A rich, creamy Chardonnay with generous aromas of ripe pears, peaches, green apples and vanilla. A true comfort wine among whites. 591743 13% D 750 mL  $14.95 Score: 87/100.
