Natalie's Review

Gerard Bertrand Terroir Syrah Carignan 2005, A.C. Minervois, France: Vintages Wine Panel: A spectacular blend of Syrah and Carignan, the aromas suggest black cherry, garrigue, strawberry and new leather. The fruit is very well supported by a seam of acid and fine-grained tannins. My note: A black, brooding wine loaded with black fruit and smokey notes. Full-bodied. 952804 14% XD 750 mL  $15.95 Score: 87/100. August 16, 2008  Full Review
