Gabbiano Pinot Grigio 2007, Trentino, Veneto, Italy: A blend of 85% pinot grigio, 10% garganega, and 5% chardonnay. These grapes were pressed immediately after harvest and vinified in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days at 18 degrees Celcius.
