Sandhill Winery Merlot 2006, V.Q.A. Okanagon Valley, British Columbia, Canada: Aged 15 months in American oak barrels. Won the silver medal at the 2007 Canadian Wine Awards. Aromas of cherry, blueberry and blackberry with a hint of cedar. A medium-bodied merlot with soft tannins. Balanced with a long finish. 576751 XD 750 mL  $19.99 Score: 88/100.
