Assertive yeast character with raw dough and buttery brioche aromas. Creamy florals (white orchard blossom s), fresh apricot and peach pastry (galette) with grassy notes and minerality.
Pithy citrus contrasts perceived sweetness in the form of juicy pineapple and peach preserves on the palate. Dry with a fine, persistent, classy mousse.
A fine example of traditional method sparkling wine especially given the price tag.
