Monique Sosa rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I look forward to these bottles every holiday season as they get released into the Ontario markets in higher volume. A superb bargain for quality historic Chianti Classico by Barone Ricasoli. It's bold, sweet and savoury carrying lasting notes of ripe cherry and earthy underbrush. Acidity is high and mouthwatering making it the perfect saucy pizza wine. Also, enjoying pairing with tomato sauce-based dished. Tasted July 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
