Kim Crawford Pansy Rosé 2007, Gisbourne, North Island, New Zealand: Vintages Wine Panel: Another great wine from one of New Zealand’s most reliable producers. Made with Merlot, this rosé offers plenty of pure raspberry, strawberry and melon flavors with a fresh vein of acidity and a hint of tannin. Ripe and flavorful with a spicy finish, it’s a perfect refresher to sip on warm summer evenings. My note: A deeper more robust rose, but still has a mouth-watering liveliness. 650325 12% D 750 mL $16.95 Score: 89/100. May 24, 2008 Full Review
