Clear yellow color!

Notes of kiwi, citrus, lime peel and floral!

This wine is zippy and long on the palate!

Pair it with a salmon with lemon and dill or indian dishes!

Serve it at 10-12 degrees.

Ready to drink but can be aged 2-3 years.
Valérie Dufour rated this wine as 81/100 with the following review:

Nice Sauvignon blanc nose of gooseberry and fresh grass.
The promising nose falls flat in the mouth. Lacks acidity.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

Gooseberry & lemon-lime nose
Zippy mouth puckering citrus palate
Light bodied, lasting lemon finish.

Steamed white fish with lemon!

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
