Points for value! An expressive bubbly with notes of baked apple pie, crust, pear, floral, baking spices, biscuit. Creamy texture with persistent tiny bubbles. Made with approx 90% Pinot Noir and the balance Chardonnay. This sparkling Brut was bottle fermented in bottle and spent 18 months on the proprietary yeasts. Elegant enough to kick off a black tie event or dress it down for potato chips and a DVD.

Don't limit yourself to pre-dinner toasts and New Year's Eve with this terrific bubbly: drink it throughout the meal and throughout the year. In fact, why not make a resolution to do so now?
