Toasty, bready apple and citrus on the nose, with a fine balance of acidity and depth. Minerality, acid and slight sweetness make this fantastic for a special occasion and well worth the money.

The Piper-Heidsieck Brut is 12% ABV, brilliant pale straw, with aromatics of toast, green apple, stone fruit, wet stone minerality. This is a fantastic crowd pleaser and a great wine to have on hand for special occasions and festivities any time of year. Enjoy now, pair with almost anything.

Great typical aromas including bread, yeast, butter, crisp green apple and lemon. Crisp with fine bubbles promoting the citrus and apple notes on the palate, as well a bit of minerality. Crisp and refreshing. Perfect with oysters or for holiday celebrations.
