It's mostly Zinfandel completed with small amounts of Petit Syrah (also know as Durif
Deep garnet color with notes of vanilla, coffee, plum, blackberry, raspberry jam and oak.
Firm tannins, lively acidity and full bodied.
Pair it with Italian sausage skewer.
Serve it at 15-17 degrees.
Can be aged 7-8 years.
