Matt Steeves rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A blend of 50% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella, with a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon as Sartori strives to balance tradition with crafting what consumers want, and Cabernet Sauvignon is certainly on that list. The 2010 Reius is simply glorious! Packed with concentrated dk cherry, sweet dried fruits, black plum compote, cacao, and dusty smooth tannins. This is a super approachable Amarone with polished layers making it a sure hit with any wine lover. Tasted September 2016. 92+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

Natalie's Review

Sartori Amarone Della Valpolicella 2010, Veneto D.O.C.G., Italy: Smoky, meaty with bacon sizzle in this full-throttle Italian red wine. this is truly the benchmark for Valpolicella winemaking and uses those ancient methods of concentrating the wine via the drying the grapes and ripasso. Intense and powerful. Bring it on! Drink: 2015-2020. 85217 15% XD 750 mL  $43.95 Score: 92/100. July 5, 2014 Top Rated Red Wine. Magnificent Meat Pizza Wine  Full Review

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
