A crisp refreshing example of NZ Sauvignon Blanc with gooseberry, fresh cut grass, and lime aromas. It has bracing acidity and a gooseberry and lime flavour that screams for Sushi, white fish, or hot summer days.
Elephant Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2012, Hawkes Bay, North Island, New Zealand: Signature New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. No oak, just glorious green notes of kiwi and chives. Grassy good, pure refreshment! Love the limes and grapefruit. Here’s how to keep your cool when the temperature rises. Try it with salads. Drink: 2013-2016. 96644 13% XD 750 mL $22.95 Score: 91/100.
