From the center of the Chilean Maule Valley and the foothills of the Andes comes this fantastic red. An intense blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenere and 20% Shiraz, it delivers an abundance of wild blackberries mingling with cedar, spice and mocha. Impressive and velvety, with a smooth mouth feel, well integrated oak and a long, lingering smoky finish. Best served at 16 C, accompanied by aged cheeses and grilled red meats. By purchasing this great red, you are becoming a part of Palo Alto winery’s commitment to pay Earth back by planting 10,000 trees in Chilean Patagonia.
