The Gabbiano Pinot Grigio is a sunny straw-yellow color. Floral notes caress the nose, with nuances of pear and honeydew melon. Citrus flavors are evident on the palate delivering complex flavors of green apple, orange and faint lemon. The mouth feel is lively and full in structure created by the excellent harmony of fruit and acid. The wine is light-bodied, with a long finish that reveals hints of citrus and almonds.

88/100 with the following review:
Light and fruity aroma with a citrus taste. This would pair well with an Asian-style rice noodle salad. The salad dressing is comprised of fish sauce (salty) , brown sugar (sweet), chili pepper (spicy) and lime juice (sour) and the citrus flavour holds its own against each component.

Pale, almost colourless, and light bodied. Notes of citrus, apple and even some yeast or bread. Light and crisp on the palate with the same flavours.

Aromas of green apple , lemon, white flower, & tea. The taste is quite similar, with nice acidity and a bit more of the tea and apple.

Jane Staples rated this wine as
87/100 with the following review:
A clear, pale straw yellow wine from the cool climate of northern Italy in the Tre Venezie region. Aromas of apple and citrus with slight orange blossom, like a walk on a Spring evening. The crisp palate shows more citrus, apple and hint of oak, well-balanced acidity and a long citrus-apple finish. Salute!
Excellent value at $11.45.
