Bright straw in colour and sparkling with aromas of green apple, lime, biscuits, yeast and some minerality. It has wonderful bubbles on the palate with flavours of lemon, tart green apple, pear and some peach. It is mouthwatering, crisp, clean and refreshing. Can easily be enjoyed on it own or paired with chicken, turkey, ham or pork. Tasted on April 1, 2018.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Tart crisp citrus, green apple and zippy toasty brioche biscuits. Classic yeasty essence. Great finish and cleanliness. Refined and delicious with a generous clean effervescent mousse. Pair with a new engagement or a New Years celebration.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Intense bubbles even after it's been open for a while. Big brioche flavour and lemon with apricot. Classic.
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Complex aromas and flavours persist in this lovely champagne with notes of pink lady apple, brioche and ripe peach and a hint of lemon. Vibrant bubbles dance on your palate with long, lingering lemon-biscuit finish. Tasted November 27, 2016.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A fantastic, crisp NV Champagne, fine bubbles, pale straw, 12% ABV. Baked bread, lime zest, saline brine minerality, tart green apple. A wonderful companion with almost anything, the Veuve Cliquot NV brut is a storied wine, offering consistent quality year after year. @jonsteeeves rated 92/100 - bespoketastings.ca
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Brioche, apricot, nuts, earthy sherry, and minerality aromas give this Champagne a distinctive aroma. The taste is smooth creamy apricot and apple with a nice coating of biscuit notes. Great acidity, and a long, somewhat nutty apricot finish.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Honeycrisp apple on the nose with hints of toasted butterscotch. Very dry mineraly with apple on the palette but balanced. Great for celebrating a special occasion.

Toasty brioche, apple and green melon on the nose. Delicious crisp apple flavours. Mouthwatering and dry with lasting bubbles and a wonderful finish. This fine champagne would suit any special occasion.

What is there tos ay - it's the real thing! A subtle blend of toastiness and crispness on the nose, with crisp apple flavour on the tongue. Wonderful to sip on its own as well as paired with creamy seafood pastas or light fish dishes.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A classic and always a great choice for almost anything you are serving or almost any occasion.
Beautiful tiny bubbles that won't quit travel up the flute. Lovely pale colour. Primary aromas include toasted bread, lemon zest and a bit of green apple. Bubbles are smooth on the palate and help the flavours mingle and dance on the palate. Crisp, acidity is bright, flavours linger on the palate. Try with rich foods, salty foods, and perfect with any kind of seafood or shellfish. Perfect for any celebration too!
Les Kovacs rated this wine as 96/100 with the following review:

Spectacular
Sara M reviewed this wine as follows:

Pleasant aromas of toasted brioche and almonds reflect the true character of this elegant, luxurious Champagne, and notes of white pear and lemon combine with delicate mousse (bubbles) on the palate. Pairs extremely well with smoked salmon, clam linguine and double-cream brie, but I prefer to enjoy it unaccompanied by food. Excellent for all types of celebrations from lively gatherings to romantic evenings.

Cadeau mariage de Nikita et Vincent
Martha Kelly AIWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale gold with small persistent bubbles, displaying classic flavours of red delicious apple, cranberry, lemon, orange, oxydized apple, brioche, over stony mineralty.
The creamy texture and lively acidity linger on the palate.
Enjoy today with your shellfish, creamy, pungent cheese, or your favourite salty snacks like truffle-butter popcorn or kettle chips.
Date tasted: March 2014.

Natalie's Review

Veuve Clicquot Non-Vintage Brut Champagne, Champagne A.C., France: This classic, well-known Champagne is a traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Lime zest, green apple and freshly baked bread aromas on the nose, with a terrific persistence of bubbles on the palate. Try the ultra-shabby chic combo here between French Champagne and a bucket of KFC chicken. Why wait for New Year’s or a wedding before you pop open bubbly when it’s so tasty? The bonus is that it’s just about the best partner for fried food on the planet: it’s mouth-watering acidity and bubbles wash away the fat, making you want more of course. 563338 12% D 750 mL  $79.95 Score: 92/100.
