Medium-full body. 'Adds' body after 30 minutes. Ready to drink now or within the next 1-2 years. Soft, round tannins. An interesting example from the Right-bank Bordeaux. Plums and red cherries. Hints of oak and green bell pepper. Not as sophisticated as one may expect from a 2003 Saint-Emilion Grand that cost more than $40 (hence the 88 grade).. A bit thin and short on the finish.
Chateau De Pressac 2003, Grand Cru, France: A full-bodied wine with big oaky and plum notes. Drink: 2012-2020. 0 13% XD 750 mL Score: 92/100. March 15, 2008 Full Review
