Jane LeFresne rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Why I Tried this Wine: This wine was featured in my food and wine course to determine if it would complement vegetarian dishes of mushroom risotto and quiche. Cave de Beblenheim winery has been crafting wines for over 50 years and ranks sixth in wine producers of Alsace. It also looks like a story book winery to visit.

Tasting Notes: straw colour

Aromas of melon, tropical fruit, honey and citrus with hints of minerality.

Flavours tropical fruit, honey and citrus are most dominant.

This is a full rich fruity wine that finishes crisp with citrus honey flavours.

Food Pairing: seafood dishes. I didn't think it paired well with the risotto but was ok with the quiche.

Would I buy this Wine Again: This is a decent priced wine from an award winning winery in Alsace. A nice gift wine that is sure to be enjoyed by a diverse range tasters.
