Delicious! Brilliant pale lemon in the glass with intense aromas of citrus(lemon, lemon zest), apple, chamomile, peach, yogurt, smoke, lees, toast. Dry with refreshing acidity, warming alcolhol with medium body flavours of gooseberry, lemon, green apple, honey, pith, white pepper, anise, coconut, floral blossom.
Lengthy mouth watering finish.
This is a very good wine to enjoy over the next year.

Martha Kelly AIWS, CS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon in colour, with intense aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon, apricot, vanilla, chamomile, yogurt, bread, and a chalky minerality. This refreshing wine has medium body, and the complex flavours are carried on the long, expressive finish.
Drink now, or keep until 2015.
Enjoy on its own, or pair with light cream pasta dishes or lobster.
Date tasted: April 2014.
