A nicely balanced, fragrant and elegant red Graves here, with fine-grained tannins and lively acids. This delivers the expected finesse and subtlety, and refinement, of the appellation. Best after 2016. Tasted April 2014. Value Rating: **

April 2014- Easter dinner with Jane, children and doc Martin- served French Bordeaux - La Gravette Lacombe 2010 with lamb- great paring
Château La Gravette Lacombe 2010, Médoc, Bordeaux A.C., France: Wow, such a solid citizen for Bordeaux: great balance, distinction, finesse and attractive black fruit aromas. You simply can't beat the price for Bordeaux. Nope. This is a blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, and will benefit from 1-2 hours decanting to open up. Drink: 2014-2020. 295808 13.50% XD 750 mL $19.95 Score: 91/100. March 1, 2014 Top Rated Red Wine. Best Beef Wine Full Review
