From the magical fairy chimney region of Cappadocia. This blend of two native Turkish grape varieties is magic in the mouth. Great citrus aromas of lime, kiwi and tangerine turn into a lightly perfumed floral bouquet, and then a refreshing acidity comes in and finishes the wine crisp and clean. A great partner for the small anchovy like fish Hamsi, especially when it is fried in corn flower and drizzled with lemon.
