Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This wine is a monster in the closet. All signs point towards smoldering tobacco, crushed graphite, blackberry, currants, sous-bois, tar, black olive, dark chocolate, Kenya AA coffee, and black pepper. Long and dense. Exceptional value. 93 Points. (ottawawinejournal.com)
Julia Kelada rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

I must say that I am so impressed with the new Bordeaux releases, this is the third one I have reviewed in as many days and they seem to be more and more delicious . This is my favourite thus far, great just as is or as a delicious accompaniment with cheeses or a meal with strong, distinctive flavours, this wine could stand up proudly next to most flavours from around the world. Tonight I'm eating boeuf bourgingnon and this will be an amazing marriage!

On the nose this wine has a mineral tone almost like the smell of wet moss on an old stone wall, this opens up to black currants and cherries.

On the palate, again it's like a walk through the countryside after a rain fall, that mossy mineral tone followed by a decadent truffle note. Intense black currants and ripe cherries gently step forward before a wondrous rich cocoa and spice with peppercorns. A delicious dry mouthful before great length tannins.

When you want to celebrate your taste buds....give this wine a try

Bottoms up!

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
