Darlene Myers CAPS Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

I loved this Pinot Noir from New Zealand with its gorgeous aromas and flavors of strawberries, cinnamon and cloves. It had great acidity and it was a very well balanced wine. A Pinot Noir is so food friendly as well. Chicken, pork, lamb, duck, turkey - just about anything you serve at your table.
Louise Wilson ISG Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A plush, fruit forward Pinot Noir with rich black currant notes supported by generous oak. A perfect pair for a slow roasted pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy through 2016. Tasted March 2014.
