with the following review:
Light aroma of predominant strawberry. Balanced acidity and light tannin. Not a particularly long finish, but all and all a solid Grenache-Syrah blend that you would expect from the Rhone valley.
La Ferme Du Mont Côtes Jugunda Gigondas 2010, Rhône AP, France: Black cherry liqueur richness and concentration on the nose and palate. Layered complexity on this full-bodied red wine made from grapes grown on 60-year-old vines in a 5-acre vineyard with soils of decomposed limestone over red clay. Aromas of black fruit, cedar brush and smoke with a long finish. Classic. Stéphane Vedeau is winemaker. Drink: 2014-2020. 354118 14.50% XD 750 mL $29.95 Score: 92/100.
