If you're only opening this wine now, like I did, you will be rewarded for your patience. The tannins have softened and produce a silky balance to the ripe dark berries and dark chocolate flavours. Excellent wine.

Had this wine even in "average vintages" and it has always delivered. Beautifully round, smooth, full and rewarding.
