Julia Kelada rated this wine as 96/100 with the following review:

Although my tastes in wine has become more extensive over the years and my budget has increased on what I am prepared to pay for a good wine, there is on occassion, a pull back to a good old faithful ! Every week I buy several never tasted before wines, I drink them, I review them and I move on. Week after week, country after country, seepage after seepage ....and then for some reason, my eye catches that wine that I really enjoyed so many years ago...six, if my memory serves me right ! It was around the time that I became a wine snob, I remember exclaiming at its taste, so.....for old times sake...I popped a bottle into my cart!
Ahhhh, after all this time....with the memory of high expectations....I was not let down...Bravo Don Reca! Smoothly full bodied on the nose, first taste rich plummy fruits and dark cherries, a hint of chocolate with a punch of woodeness followed by a delicate spice and then a gracious earthy finish of good length tannins, and guess what....only $22.45 ! A bargain!

Bottoms up!

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
