This Champagne is made of 100% Pinot Noir.

Beautiful golden/straw color.

The bubbles are fine.

Powerful nose of green apple, acacia, brioche and pear.

On the palate the wine is fresh, burn, concentrated and long.

Try it with potato chips or snails in puff pastry and goat cheese.

Serve it at 5-6 degrees.

Ready to drink now.
