The 2011 Domaine Tournon Shay’s Flat Vineyard Shiraz is a flavourful full bodied Shiraz. Intense in colour – aromas and flavours of cassis, blackberry, and spice. If you love Shiraz – this is a must try wine! Tasted at Atelier Restaurant on March 28, 2014 (93/100)
Domaine Tournon Shay's Flat Vineyard M. Chapoutier Shiraz 2011, Pyranees, Victoria, Australia: Total black pepper, dark spice nose! Almost makes me sneeze. Gorgeous concentration here! Black and dark red fruit mingle with pepper, dark spices and brooding mystery. What an incredible wine. It's produced by a classic and respected Rhone Valley winery Chapoutier. This wine combined the concentration and lusciousness of Australian fruit with t finesse, balance and elegance of Rhone Valley reds. Decant for 1-2 hours for maximum pleasure. Drink: 2014-2018. 311480 14% D 750 mL $35.95 Score: 93/100. October 12, 2013 Top Rated Red Wine. Best Beef Wine Full Review
