This Riesling is grown on the western slopes of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Hand crafted this dry Riesling displays elegant fruit in the nose including the familiar rubber aroma. Distinctive mouthfeel. Clean, refreshing, crisp, citrus, green apple, minerality, touch of floral. Nice long lemon and stony finish. Enjoyed with my Quattro fromage penne with grilled chicken. Perfect! Brought a bottle back to Ottawa. Shout out to Bottles and Corks wine shop in Corning, NY.
